“While his voice may suggest that he sings country or some variation of it, his music seems more like folk mixed with rock. And with this in mind I thoroughly enjoyed The Tempest Line which is a six-song EP bursting with understated passion. Not one of these songs is particularly loud, but it’s obvious that a lot of strength is contained within the music and lyrics of Sparrow.
